Tasting Note
Appearance: The wine presents a deep, dark garnet colour with a slight purple hue at the rim and is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of the Erasmus family.
Nose: aromatic bouquet of dark fruits such as blackberry, black cherry, and plum
Palate: mirrors the nose with an explosion of ripe black fruits, seamlessly integrated with spicy black pepper and hints of mocha.
Flavour characteristics: leaving behind traces of dark chocolate, toasted oak, and a whisper of violet.

Maximilian Moscato Dolce 75cl
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale straw yellow with golden highlights and a persistent, fine mousse.
Aroma: Expressive and delicate, featuring notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers, and crisp orchard fruit like green apple, pear, and white peach.
Palate: It is dry, fresh, and harmonious with a medium body. The taste profile highlights citrus zest, green fruit, and sometimes a pleasant, slight herbaceous or mineral nuance.

Apaltagua Envero Red blend 75cl
Tasting Note
Appearance: Brilliant and vivid red-violet.
Nose: Intensely aromatic with ripe black fruit (blackberry, plum), cedar, tobacco, spices, and a hint of vanilla or mocha.
Palate: medium acidity, medium alcohol, full bodied, high intensity
Flavour characteristics: It has a medium-full body with a long, lingering finish. Some vintages are noted for having high acidity and “snappy” tannins.
Ageing: Typically aged for around 8 months in French oak, which contributes to the cedar and vanilla notes.
