Aurora Château 75cl
Aurora Château is a premium “garage wine” produced in Batroun, Northern Lebanon, by the Geara family, known for its small-batch production (approx. 4,000 bottles) and high-quality, eco-conscious standards. The wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, typically featuring red fruits, cloves, and a touch of oak.
Tasting Note
Nose: Intense aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries, and ripe red fruit, complemented by mocha, vanilla, and hints of cinnamon or tobacco.
Palate:Medium to full-bodied with structured, velvety tannins and a nice acidity.
Flavour characteristics: Long and complex, often characterized by a distinctive mint or eucalyptus note.
Aurora Cabernet Franc 75cl
Aurora Cabernet Franc is a single-varietal wine from North Lebanon, known for being soft, fresh, and silky with a medium body. It features a prominent red fruit profile—raspberry and red cherry—complemented by toasted walnuts, caramel, and mint notes, with balanced, crisp tannins and a long finish.
Tasting Note
Nose: Soft, fresh, and fruity.
Palate:Red fruit dominance (raspberry and red cherry) with notable undertones of aged walnut, caramel, and sometimes mint.
Flavour characteristics: Intense, long-lasting, and complex.
